the hotel is in a renovated historic building. it includes first rate amenities. the decor features beautiful tile floors. i also noticed palatial grand stairs.

The hotel is in a very busy area. I noticed crowds outside, which could be a bit much.

The water pressure was terrible throughout my entire stay. i found it hard to shower comfortably because of this issue. additionally, the noise from the street at night made it difficult to sleep soundly. i could hear everything happening outside despite being several floors up. This really impacted my rest. i think better soundproofing is needed.

i found the building and architecture Fine. it was a dream to gaze upon every day. service was great, and you can't beat the location. there are two excellent restaurants inside the hotel, so i never had to leave for meals. spacious, well-designed shower equipped with L'Occitane toiletries.

sound proofing of the rooms was an issue! i was on the second floor and could hear everything at the front desk. i could also hear everything behind the scenes. it was REALLY distracting.

the room i had reserved was not available upon arrival. i was assigned a smaller, less desirable room initially. it took considerable effort to get moved to a room closer to what i had booked. the lack of proactivity from management regarding this issue was disappointing and impacted my overall stay.

the rooftop restaurant offered really good food with friendly, professional service. a welcome drink at the rooftop restaurant allowed me to experience their offerings firsthand, a thoughtful touch.

The hotel lacked soundproofing. I could hear furniture being moved early in the morning.
